XCEL 3rd graders spent time designing and constructing individual marble mazes. Then, they worked together to create a giant marble maze requiring four people to operate. They drew a diagram to show the marble path. Then, they determined where the walls would go. Next, they glued straws onto the cardboard maze bottom while using the marble path diagram as a guide. Finally, they enjoyed the maze and shared with their classmates.

XCEL 4th graders used the program Tinkercad, a free, online 3D modeling program, to complete 2 projects. First, they designed an individualized nameplate using the geometric shapes given in Tinkerecad to build 3D structures and cut holes. Then, the students were given a cup to measure and recreate on the Tinkercad program. The students were able to compare their cups with the original after they were printed. A big Thank You to Keystone AEA for printing our projects!
